Attorney Lauren A. Henault concentrates her practice in retail premises liability, personal injury, employment law, insurance defense, municipal services, and immigration.
Before joining CLG, Attorney Henault served as an Assistant Chief Counsel for Immigration and Customs Enforcement in San Antonio, TX. As an Assistant Chief Counsel, Lauren litigated cases in immigration court and represented ICE in appellate litigation before the Board of Immigration Appeals. Lauren also served in the U.S. Department of Justice Attorney General's Honors Program as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Houston Immigration Court. In addition, Lauren has experience interning at the Connecticut Department of Emergency Management and Homeland Security, the U.S. Attorney Office's in New Haven, and at the U.S. Federal District Court in New Haven. Before attending law school Lauren earned the distinction to serve as a Legal Intern at the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington, D.C.
Lauren received her B.A. from Fairfield University magna cum laude. While in undergraduate school she studied abroad in Florence, Italy. Lauren received her J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law cum laude where she was Lead Notes and Comments Editor of the Quinnipiac Health Law Journal.
Lauren is admitted to practice law in Connecticut.
