As a Jamaican immigrant, the Principal of the firm, Andrew Crumbie, has realized the importance of diversity and what it means to bring something new to the table. Although under Connecticut law, 6.25 percent of state contracts are supposed to be set aside for businesses that are at least 51 percent minority- or women-owned.
